Rheoshift is a Polish IT consultancy, founded in 2025, that designs, builds, and operates the systems organizations depend on: applications, data platforms, servers and cloud platforms, and networks. We work for businesses that expect technology to be reliable, to cost what was agreed, and to serve a goal they can name.

We work with small and medium-sized companies and with enterprises. Their priorities differ, but the standard is the same: build what the business will use, and keep it running in production.

Who we work with
  • Small and medium-sized companies - predictable costs and one partner across software, infrastructure, and the network, so nothing falls between two providers.
  • Enterprises - a defined piece of work - a network rebuild, a data platform, an application, a migration - delivered inside your environment, following your standards, change process, and procurement rules.
  • Public and private tenders - we respond to tenders and meet the documentation and reporting requirements they set.
How we work
  • Business goal first - before choosing technology we agree what the system has to change, and how we will know it did: a manual step removed, a report you can trust, a site that stays up.
  • Reliability and security by default - monitoring, backups, multi-factor sign-in, and documented configuration are part of every delivery and included in the first quote.
  • Cost decided by design - hardware and licenses sized to actual use, existing equipment assessed before anything is replaced, and running costs estimated before you commit.
  • New technology when it pays - we modernize where the gain is clear and say so when it isn't. If something would put your systems at risk, we say no, even when it would be profitable for us.
  • Specialists when the job needs them - when a project needs extra hands on site or extra capacity at a peak, we bring in contracted specialists, working to our standards and under our responsibility.
  • Clear communication - you know who is responsible for what and where the work stands, and decisions reach you in writing.
With every delivery
  • You own what we deliver - code repositories, administrative accounts, licenses in your organization's name, and full documentation. Nothing depends on access only we hold.
  • Support is included - support through stabilization under an SLA, with response and resolution times by severity written into the contract. After that you choose: a clean handover, a consulting contract, or a continuing SLA for as long as you need it.
  • Monitored from day one - every system under our SLA is watched. We use the monitoring you already have and add our own where it is missing. We usually know something is down before you would have called.
  • Documentation as standard - as-built documentation and runbooks, the step-by-step procedures for routine tasks, come with the system. Whoever runs the system next starts from facts, whether that is your team, us, or another provider.
