RHEOSHIFT Sp. z o.o. is a Polish limited liability company (spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością). In this notice we means that company and the site means rheoshift.com, including its Polish version at /pl. Below are the details a company must publish under Art. 206 § 1 of the Commercial Companies Code (Kodeks spółek handlowych, KSH) and Art. 5 of the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means (ustawa o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną), together with our REGON number and the date we were entered in the register, which we add for completeness.

All other work is done remotely and on clients' premises, and meetings are arranged individually.

Trademarks
The RHEOSHIFT name, mark and logo belong to us. Using them commercially - in advertising, or to brand your own services - needs our consent.
Names and logos of clients, vendors and products that appear on the site - for example Microsoft, Azure, AWS, Cisco, Kubernetes and Power BI - belong to their respective owners. We use them descriptively, to say which companies and technologies we work with. Their appearance does not mean that those companies endorse us.

The content of the site is for information only. It describes what we do and how we work. Nothing on it is a binding offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Civil Code (Kodeks cywilny). We agree the scope and terms of any engagement in a contract.
